Acupuncture involves the insertion of tiny needles into specific acupuncture points to help your body tap into it’s own natural healing ability. It’s an amazing treatment for physical issues like pain but it truly shines when addressing internal issues like hormonal imbalances, anxiety, stress, depression, insomnia, and digestive issues.
