AromaPoint Therapy/ Essential Oil Prescription
Is there anything better than being able to combine two of your favorite things…
The combination of two of my favorite therapies -acupuncture and essential oils has been such an exciting addition to my practice over the past few years!
I’ve always tended to attract patients (mostly women) who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, burnout, and the physical problems that arise from that. And what these patients need is to feel heard, and loved, and taken care of.
Working with the spirit of the plants and the spirit of the acupuncture point can give such nurturing and magical results. The multi sensory experience of the treatment is wonderful as well.
This treatment is so easy to do for yourself and you’ll get all the info you need!
Here’s how it works:
You purchase the Essential Oil Prescription through the website by clicking here.
You’ll get an email with the intake form. Fill it out completely and make sure you have the proper mailing address on there so I can mail you the oils.
Depending on what symptoms or feelings you’re struggling with I’ll create a custom treatment that combines the use of high quality diluted essential oils on carefully selected acupuncture points. You’ll get a detailed report emailed to you with info on the oils, the specific acupuncture point that I’d like you apply the oil to and some affirmations and additional recommendations that may be helpful.
I’ll drop pre-diluted 2 ml roller bottles with the oils (usually 3-5) in the mail.
You’ll do the protocol hopefully once a day and watch the magic unfold!
These treatments are really amazing for working through all kinds of emotional issues like anxiety, trauma, grief, and even just learning to love and support yourself!
One of my favorite combos that I use in many treatments is diluted Bergamot on the acupuncture point in the ear called Shen Men. You can apply a single drop on one finger and touch it to the same finger on the other hand. Using a very light touch hold the oil on the acupuncture point for anywhere from 30 seconds to a few minutes. See if you can feel a shift letting you know it’s time to let go. This combo is great at calming the mind and nervous system and is a great way to start the Aroma Point treatment. Bergamot is often referred to as “The Bringer of Balance” and “Opener of Perspective”
Another favorite is Vetiver on an acupuncture point called Kidney 1 which is located on the bottom of the foot. This is amazing for helping you feel grounded and can help with anxiety, headaches, and insomnia.
There are so many great oil/acupoint combos and I love creating a one of a kind treatment focused on what you need in the moment.
Whether you’re unfamiliar with oils or you love them and use them daily I hope that you’ll give AromaPoint a try to experience them in this new way.
